How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to cancel or modify your PoolDrift subscription.
Is my pool data backed up?
PoolDrift stores all data locally on your device. Your test logs and pool configuration are included in your standard iCloud or iTunes device backup.
What chemistry methodology does PoolDrift use?
By default, PoolDrift uses the Trouble Free Pool (TFP) methodology — the gold standard for home pool owners. Plus subscribers can switch to PHTA, Leslie's Pool, or Orenda methodologies in Settings.
How accurate is the chemistry forecast?
The free tier uses a baseline decay model. Plus subscribers get a weather-powered forecast that adjusts FC loss daily based on live UV index data from your pool's location.
